HP Gaming Laptop Screen Goes Black During Gameplay

I am using an HP gaming laptop and for the last few days I have been experiencing a serious screen blackout problem while playing games. The screen suddenly goes dark during gameplay and this problem started around 05.01.2026 or 06.01.2026. This situation prevents me from using the product for its main purpose and greatly affects my user experience. I purchased the laptop online from Trendyol and my Trendyol order number is SP39222. About three days ago, I contacted HP Support regarding this issue. It was understood that the problem continued, and I received remote support as a solution attempt. However, despite this intervention, the screen blackout problem during gaming still persists. As a result of this complaint, I request that my HP gaming laptop be repaired under warranty or replaced with a new, fault-free device if the problem cannot be definitively resolved. I kindly request that the necessary checks be carried out and that I be informed as soon as possible.
