HP Color LaserJet Produces Murky Prints With a Yellowish Tint

I sent my HP Color LaserJet printer to warranty service through Media Markt, reporting murky prints with a yellowish tint. HP, attributing the issue to user error, returned my product unrepaired within the warranty period, claiming the mainboard had suffered impact damage and arrived shattered.
Media Markt and HP played the blame game, offering no assistance in resolving the product during the warranty process. Media Markt pointed me to HP, stating, "You should seek support from HP."
I called HP, learned about the issue, and questioned why it wasn't covered by the warranty. They replied, "If you call tomorrow, we'll provide more information." When I called the next day, they said, "We've shipped the product."
After receiving the product, I took it to another technician. Upon inspection, we discovered the mainboard, previously intact, was now broken. Despite notifying Media Markt, they provided no resolution. I've been trying to reach HP for days, but there's still no response.
