Matchpub Failed To Deliver Purchased Content After Successful Transaction

On October 20, 2025, I made a payment through the Matchpub app on my iPhone 13 Pro using my credit card. An amount of 249 TL was deducted from my account, and I received a “transaction successful” message during the process. However, the purchase did not reflect in the app, and the content I paid for was not added to my account.
I contacted the app’s customer support for a solution, and they told me I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, no solution has been provided so far.
I request that the purchase be completed and fully added to my account without any missing items.
