Matchpub App Shows Age Restriction Error Despite Being 18 Years Old

I use the Matchpub app on my iOS device. Even though I am 18 years old, for about two weeks now I have been receiving an age restriction error every time I open the app, and I cannot access my account. The email address linked to my account is: m*******************@gmail.com. I entered my age correctly in the app, and no additional verification such as ID confirmation was requested, yet I am experiencing this issue. I have also made a payment to use the app.
I have not contacted customer service yet. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that Matchpub representatives reach out to me so I can regain access to my account.
