Starpetsgg Old Site Closed And All My Adopt Me Items Disappeared
About 1–2 months ago, I listed many of my Adopt Me items for sale on Starpetsgg’s old website. When I tried to access the old site again after a long time, I saw that it had been completely shut down and all the items I had listed had disappeared. I never received any payment, meaning none of the items were sold, yet I can no longer access any of them.
When I switched to the new site, I noticed that none of my items from the old website were transferred to my account. I tried to report the issue and get support several times through the live chat and contact sections on the site, but each attempt resulted in an error, and I couldn’t reach anyone. Since I wasn’t able to contact support, I had no way to explain my issue or request a solution.
The email address linked to my Starpetsgg account is t************@gmail.com. I request that all my Adopt Me items listed on the old site be added to my account on the new site without missing anything. If this is not possible, I expect a fair compensation equal to the value of my items. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
