Indesit Freezer Door Gasket Is No Longer Available for Replacement
The door gasket on my Indesit R600A chest freezer has worn out and no longer seals properly. I have been dealing with this issue for approximately six months, but I have been unable to find a compatible replacement gasket.
When I contacted an authorized service center, I was told that replacement parts for this model are no longer produced because it has been more than 10 years since production ended. They informed me that I would not be able to obtain a replacement door gasket. I do not want to stop using a freezer that is otherwise fully functional simply because the door gasket has worn out.
I request that Indesit provide a replacement door gasket for this model or offer me a reasonable and practical solution to resolve this issue. I would appreciate your assistance in helping me keep my freezer in proper working condition.
