About two weeks ago, I contacted the authorized Arçelik service because the seal of my Arçelik 5273NMB refrigerator was damaged. The service team first created an order and kept me waiting, but later informed me that they could not provide the replacement part because the product was over ten years old. It was disappointing to see that a major company like Arçelik could not offer spare part support, even for older models. They requested a fee of ₺1,850 for the gasket replacement but offered no solution since the part was unavailable. I reached out to customer service again but received no alternative proposal. Although the product is out of warranty, I believe it is my right to expect spare part support. I request that Arçelik supply and replace the refrigerator gasket as soon as possible.
