I bought a Beko refrigerator with a glass door, and recently, the glass on the freezer door shattered. Upon reaching out to the company for a replacement, I was told that the model had been discontinued and that the required spare part was no longer in production. Rather than giving me a suitable replacement, they presented a less expensive, outdated model that had similar dimensions, suggesting I only pay for the door. This solution seems insufficient given that the refrigerator was marketed with assurances of longevity and a decade of hassle-free performance. I trust that Beko will fulfil its obligation and supply the appropriate replacement door for my refrigerator, as spare parts should be accessible for a fair duration after production ceases.
