Hotpoint Steam Iron Warranty Challenges

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to let you know that I'm really unhappy with the service I received from your company when I sent in my Hotpoint steam iron for repair. I sent it to Vestel, your service provider, a while back. Even though the warranty had expired, they sent the product back to me and said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have any spare parts. This is worrying because the 5-year legal service period hasn't ended yet. As a loyal customer, I'm really disappointed by this approach, especially since the legal service is taking so long.
I've already expressed my concerns and asked for a fair solution, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my attempts to get clarification. I kindly ask the authorities to deal with this case quickly and find a solution according to the law. It would be really great if you could handle this matter fairly.  Thanks for addressing this problem. I'm excited to see it resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
