Hotpoint Indesit Washer Repair Issue

My mom was looking for an authorized Ariston service and she found a Google ad. She called the phone number that was given in the advertisement, 0542********81. The person on the phone said they were from Ariston Service and sent a technician to the address. The technicians took the washing machine but didn't give us a receipt.

Even though we've called them multiple times, they keep saying that they'll return the machine tomorrow, but it's been 2 to 3 days already. I searched on Google but couldn't find any company with that name. However, I did come across an ad registered under the name M***** A** C****. The people pretending to be Ariston Service still haven't given our washing machine back.

We think this might be a fraud situation.
