Beware of Can Teknik: Unauthorized Service Posing as Arçelik

This service is definitely not an authorized service center. They deceive people using the Arçelik brand. They are unprofessional. I will file complaints everywhere necessary. They charged me ₺9400 for a service that should have cost ₺1800, leaving me dissatisfied. They scratched the door of my washing machine, promised to renew the warranty but didn’t, and provided no maintenance whatsoever. They did nothing and took ₺9400 from me. The 444 6 404 number you call, thinking it’s Arçelik, is actually a scam under the name Can Teknik. I demand a full refund of my money.
