Arçelik Washing Machine Keeps Breaking Down and They Refuse to Replace It

We recently bought an Arçelik brand washing machine for my mother, but it started malfunctioning in different areas. We've lost count of how many times the service team has come to our home. The problem is visible in the video I shared. How normal can it be for a brand-new product to have multiple issues in different parts? The internal parts of the machine have been replaced, and even the door was changed, but since the new parts didn’t work efficiently, we had to call the service again. Today, the service came once more, and we requested a replacement. However, the person from the service who called me said that the repaired part would need to malfunction several times, or the part would need to be out of production for a replacement to be approved. They also mentioned that we could take our case to the consumer rights board. This situation has become incredibly frustrating. Arçelik has once again shown how little they stand behind their products with this complaint. They’ve demonstrated how a person can be humiliated despite paying their money. My elderly mother is so fed up that she says, “Son, just throw this machine away.” Imagine how bad things have gotten. Since Arçelik wants us to seek justice through the consumer rights board, I will do so as soon as possible. I will also show everyone around me the videos and explain how this brand mistreats its customers.
