Warranty Repair Delay - Unresolved Washing Machine Issue

The Arçelik authorized service center in Balıkesir Karesi scheduled an appointment for my washing machine repair five days later. On the scheduled day, although my wife was at home, the service team claimed they had come and that no one had opened the door. The next day, we scheduled another appointment; this time, the fault was identified, and a part was ordered. On Saturday, I was told that the part had not arrived, but when I called today, I was informed that it had actually arrived on Saturday. My machine’s door will not open and it is not taking in water, so I cannot use it. The repair is being carried out under warranty, and I have not paid any fees. I also called customer service to file a complaint, but no clear solution or date was provided. I have a 4-year-old child and a 2-month-old baby, and daily life has become very difficult without a washing machine. I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible and that our hardship be addressed.
