Arçelik Washer Stuck on Spin Cycle (2 Months!)

I possess an Arçelik washing machine, and I've been having the same problem for two months. As you can see, I have put the machine to rapid mode. I started with 38 minutes, 40 degrees, and 1000 revolutions per minute. And it started functioning. As it transfers to the spin cycle, it remains stuck at 15-16 minutes. Technicians from Avcılar Firuzköy have visited three times. Today, I demanded that the machine be returned, or at the very least, thoroughly checked under all loads. They refused, claiming they couldn't just come whenever we wanted and threatening to cancel the service. As you can see, the machine remains stuck. Today is May 4, 2024. Everything, including the machine settings, is apparent. They refused to take it for testing, citing an uneven load. All I requested was that they take it and test it. Allow them to determine if I'm loading it incorrectly.

The washing machine has not been spinning for 2 months and keeps getting stuck at a certain point. The Arçelik Fizurköy authorized service has come 3 times in the past 2 months, checked it, and left, citing an unbalanced load as the excuse. Today, on 04.05.2024, I had an appointment and requested that the machine be taken in and tested with different loads of laundry and hose heights. However, the service said they were inadequate and wanted to cancel my appointment, stating they couldn't solve the problem. The machine still has an issue, and I've been using it for 2 years without any problems until now. I want my grievance to be addressed, and I also have a complaint about the authorized branch.

I was called again today by the authorized dealer of Arçelik in Firuzköy, and they told me that my machine could not be taken. Yesterday, I sent a total of 35 videos to the WhatsApp line. I put about 4 kg of laundry into the machine and set the program to quick daily at 40 degrees, 1000 rpm, and 38 minutes. I started the process at 18:57 and documented it with videos. The program finished at 21:34. After 2.5 hours, the laundry came out wet, unwashed, and not spun. I called the service three times, and they came from the authorized service in Avcılar Firuzköy, saying there was no malfunction with the machine. For the fourth time, I told them to take it and test it, but they canceled my appointment arbitrarily and kept delaying the process. I have been experiencing this issue for 2 months. I am forced to wash my laundry at my neighbors' homes. I want my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible. If the machine cannot be repaired, I request a replacement. I have spent enough time and suffered financial and emotional losses. The service is offering me an extended warranty, but I cannot even use the existing warranty.
