They told me it would be back in a week, but it actually took 10 days, and the problem is still there. It was picked up again and returned after a week, but the problem is still there. I reached out to customer service to talk to someone who has the authority, but they said they would get back to me, which hasn't happened yet. Today, the machine made the same mistake again while their technicians were there. I don't want my device to be taken away anymore. I want my money back. Can I find someone to chat with?
