Arçelik 6167 Grion Dishwasher Door Opens Automatically

We were impressed by the Arçelik 6167 Grion dishwasher, particularly for its cutting-edge technology features. However, just one week after getting it, we encountered a major issue. While there were no problems during the initial use, on the second run, about an hour before the cycle was supposed to finish, the machine unexpectedly opened its door, leaving the dishes wet and the program incomplete. This behavior wasn't mentioned as normal in the user manual, clearly indicating a problem. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the dealer, they showed little interest. I intend to file complaints about their lack of support. Additionally, I contacted customer service to address the issue, but they directed me back to the dealer. Since the dealer was uncooperative, they suggested going to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for return and exchange requests, a process that should have been initiated by them. Our previous experience with a Beko dishwasher was similarly frustrating, with recurring problems even after multiple service visits and post-warranty malfunctions. If such issues arise with the Arçelik dishwasher from the outset, it raises concerns about its long-term reliability. Given these problems, I want to return the product, but despite having the right to do so within a week of purchase, my return request has not been initiated. Despite my initial admiration for the model, I am determined to return it due to these persistent issues, but unfortunately, no one is facilitating the refund process.
