Ariston Refrigerator Repairs Fail and Cost More

The authorized Ariston service has made five attempts to repair my malfunctioning fridge. They claimed the motor was faulty and replaced it, but the issue persisted. Subsequently, they stated the mainboard was the culprit and swapped it out, yet it proved unsuccessful. Next, they pointed to the power socket as a potential cause. On the next visit, they asserted everything was fine with the socket. I've paid over 5000 ₺ for these repairs, and groceries worth 1000 ₺ have gone bad. The problem persists, and my attempts to contact the company have been fruitless.

I am demanding a different technician for the repair, as the current technician's technical knowledge is no better than that of a corner store grocer named Mehmet. In response, I was informed that there is no other responsible person for this region. I urgently expect Ariston to reconsider this unsatisfactory situation and resolve the problem promptly.

"You said you would come and change the motor between 09.08.2025 17:00-21:00. Now at 17:00 the service calls me and says, 'Sir, we didn’t inform you, your refrigerator needs to be turned off, we’ll come another time.' How can there be such negligence? What kind of business are you running, what kind of corporate company are you? You can’t keep customers waiting with such excuses as 'we forgot' or 'this happened.' I wanted my device to be replaced, you said part replacement, I agreed, and even for that you ruined my weekend. By saying 'today, tomorrow' you are causing constant tension and problems. Don’t you have a proper customer representative to take care of this?"
