On November 15, 2024, my Ariston refrigerator broke down, and an authorized service team visited. They claimed the issue required a motor replacement and a reset of the control board. They charged me ₺16,500 in cash, promising to complete the repair by November 18.
However, as of today, the repair has not been completed. Despite taking full payment upfront, they have neither fixed my refrigerator nor refunded the money. To make matters worse, I cannot reach anyone for an update or resolution.
This level of service is unacceptable. I demand an immediate repair or a full refund of the amount paid. Ariston must take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
