Hotels.com Ignoring Refund Request After Cancellation

I canceled my Hotels.com reservation number 72069622182132 for White City Beach Hotel on January 1, 2026. Although the total reservation amount was approximately $838 USD, this amount has not been refunded to my credit card.

After canceling the reservation, I did not receive any information about the refund process, and I am unable to find any proper point of contact at Hotels.com. I cannot get a clear response through email or call support channels, which has left me in a difficult situation.

I demand that the $838 USD paid for this reservation—which I properly canceled—be refunded to my credit card immediately and in full, without any deductions.
