Hotels.com Failed to Refund $312 After Same-Day Reservation Cancellation

On November 23, I made a credit card reservation through Hotels.com for Thalassa Apart Hotel for the dates December 6–7, 2025, with a total amount of approximately $312 USD. I canceled this reservation on the same day it was made.

Despite the time that has passed, the amount I paid has not been refunded to my credit card. When I contacted Hotels.com customer service, I was told that they were waiting for a response from the hotel, but even after this communication and waiting period, no result was provided, and no refund has been issued to me.

I am requesting that the $312 USD paid for this canceled reservation be refunded to my credit card immediately, without any further delay.
