Hotels.com Won’t Let Me Cancel My Booking
I made a reservation through Hotels.com for a stay, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel it. My reservation number is 72063406055303. Despite multiple attempts, I haven’t been able to reach a single representative through customer service. There’s no phone number that leads to an actual person, and the help center is completely unhelpful.
It’s shocking how easy and smooth the process is when it comes to taking your money—but the moment something goes wrong or you need support, there’s no one to talk to. I’ve never seen such poor communication from a global platform.
I demand the immediate cancellation of my reservation and a full refund of the amount I paid. Hotels.com, step up and take responsibility. This level of inaccessibility and disregard for customer support is unacceptable. Resolve my issue without further delay.

Even though days have passed, I can't reach anyone. I'm calling the hotel where I made the reservation because it's the only place I can contact, and they say, 'We have processed your cancellation, there is nothing else we can do.' No one should take it personally, but I shouldn't have to experience this problem due to a cancellation that wasn't my fault after I made the payment. I want a refund.
