I canceled my reservation made through Hotels.com under booking number 72064801057136, but I’ve been completely unable to reach customer support to get clarity on my refund status. There is no working customer service phone number, no support center, and no clear contact method listed anywhere. This lack of communication has caused serious stress and confusion.

While the reservation now shows as canceled in the system, it’s still marked as a “non-refundable booking,” and there’s no indication of whether a refund will be issued or not. I can't get any updates, no emails, no calls, no confirmation—nothing. This level of disorganization and lack of transparency is unacceptable for a global platform.

I demand immediate clarification on the refund status of my canceled reservation and a prompt return of my payment if eligible. Hotels.com must urgently improve its customer communication systems to avoid putting more people in this position.
