On 26/09/2025, I made a reservation for Grand Ödemiş Kılıçarslan Hotel via Hotels.com for 2,800 TL (Reservation No: 72065427178554, name: Sinan Yurdakul). When I arrived in Denizli, I realized that there was no such hotel. When I called the contact number, there was no answer at first, and later when someone answered, I was told that this was not a hotel. When I called again afterwards, I could not get any response.
During this process, I tried to contact Expedia Group or Hotels.com customer service, but I did not receive any response at all. I was also sent a confirmation by email at the time of booking. I trusted your company to be reliable, but I have been both victimized and lost my money.
I urgently request a refund of the 2,800 TL I paid. I expect a prompt solution and response regarding this matter.
