Hotels.com Fake Listing, No Grand Ödemiş Kılıçarslan Hotel Found
We booked a reservation through Hotels.com for Grand Ödemiş Kılıçarslan Hotel. However, when we arrived in Denizli, we discovered that there was no such hotel. When we first called the contact number provided, no one answered. Later, when the call was picked up, we were told that the place was not a hotel at all. After that, we tried calling again, but no one responded.

On 26/09/2025, I made a reservation for Grand Ödemiş Kılıçarslan Hotel via Hotels.com for 2,800 TL (Reservation No: 72065427178554, name: Sinan Yurdakul). When I arrived in Denizli, I realized that there was no such hotel. When I called the contact number, there was no answer at first, and later when someone answered, I was told that this was not a hotel. When I called again afterwards, I could not get any response.
During this process, I tried to contact Expedia Group or Hotels.com customer service, but I did not receive any response at all. I was also sent a confirmation by email at the time of booking. I trusted your company to be reliable, but I have been both victimized and lost my money.
