Hotels.com Promised a Full Refund but Still No Response Since February

On February 10, I booked a one-night stay (March 8-9) at Edremit Allia Thermal Health & SPA Hotel through Hotels.com. The listing clearly stated that the reservation was fully refundable. However, after canceling on February 16 and requesting a refund, I have received no response since February 17.

Hotels.com keeps saying they are “waiting for a response from the hotel”, but this delay is unacceptable. Why is a refund for a canceled booking taking so long? The total amount of ₺4,613.77 has still not been returned to me.

I expect immediate action from Hotels.com to process my refund without further delays. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.
