Hotels.com Promised a Full Refund but Still No Response Since February

On February 10, I booked a one-night stay (March 8-9) at Edremit Allia Thermal Health & SPA Hotel through Hotels.com. Th...e listing clearly stated that the reservation was fully refundable. However, after canceling on February 16 and requesting a refund, I have received no response since February 17.
