Hotels.com Reservation Issue - No Room at Arkem Hotel in Istanbul

I made a reservation through Hotels.com for Arkem Hotel in Istanbul, checking in on July 15 and checking out on July 17. The reservation was confirmed, and the payment was made, but when we arrived at the reception, we were told that there was no room available for us. We were left stranded late at night, and our vacation was ruined.
I kindly request a refund for the payment made, as I have the receipt available. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
