Hotels.com Didn’t Send My Invoice After Stay and I Can’t Reach Customer Support

I recently booked accommodation through Hotels.com. On other platforms, invoices are usually sent on the same day as hotel checkout, but with Hotels.com, I still haven’t received anything.

I tried to contact them using the Istanbul phone number listed on their website, but the number was unreachable. Then I found the 00800 4488 21698 number, which claims to be toll-free, but it didn’t feel trustworthy. When I called, the system asked numerous personal questions and even wanted to send a verification code to my phone — at that point, I chose not to proceed.

I also sent an email and received an automatic reply stating they would respond within 72 hours. Although the 72 hours are not yet up, it’s extremely concerning that it is so difficult to reach customer service by either phone or email.

I am very dissatisfied with Hotels.com’s lack of accessible customer support and their failure to deliver the basic service of providing an invoice after a completed stay. I expect my issue to be handled properly and my invoice to be sent immediately.
