Support checked the logs and found that one of my archived records had been duplicated, causing the history module to crash. They removed the corrupted entry, refreshed my profile, and the section now opens instantly. As a courtesy, they credited a small bonus to my account for the inconvenience.

Earlier today, I noticed that the 3 services I use started freezing every time I tried to open the transaction history section. The rest of the interface was working normally, but that specific part would only load halfway and then get stuck, making it impossible for me to review my recent activity. To resolve the problem on my side, I cleared the app’s storage, rebooted my phone, and even tried accessing my account through the web version. The issue persisted only on my account, even though other parts of the service were functioning, which clearly showed that this is not a general device problem but something related to my account or the app’s handling of it. Due to this problem, I have not been able to properly track my recent transactions and activity, which is quite worrying. I request that this technical issue with my transaction history be investigated and fixed as a priority, and that I be given a clear explanation of what caused it and what has been done to prevent it from recurring.
