Hello, I am writing regarding my travel program with the number 72977528403039. On Wednesday, December 4, while researching prices on the hotel.com app, I clicked the "Proceed" button to view installment options. However, this action caused the full amount to be charged to my card without any 3D security verification. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted customer service and immediately canceled the reservation, as it was a mistake. During the cancellation process, no additional verification was requested. However, I was later informed that a refund would not be issued because I had purchased a "non-refundable package." The customer service representative mentioned that they would contact the hotel, and if the hotel approved the refund, the payment would be returned. However, they later reported that they could not reach the hotel. When I contacted the hotel directly, they stated that such situations occur frequently and confirmed that they would approve the refund. They also mentioned that no one from the platform had reached out to them yet. Currently, I cannot reach customer service by phone or resolve my issue through the virtual assistant. I am facing a significant inconvenience due to this unintentional transaction and request a refund for the payment.
