Hotels.com Booked Wrong Dates – No Refund & No Customer Support

On March 2, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that my reservation was for March 5 instead of March 2—a mistake I did not make.

I immediately tried to contact customer support, but there was no phone number available, making it impossible to reach a real person. Left with no other option, I canceled the booking through the Hotels.com app, only to be shocked when I saw that no refund would be issued. How can a reservation canceled three days in advance be non-refundable?

I demand an urgent response and a full refund for this mistake. Hotels.com must provide real customer support and honor fair refund policies!

On March 2, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel, they stated that the reservation was made for the wrong date. March 5 was selected instead of March 2. We couldn't reach a customer representative about the issue because they don't have any contact numbers! We canceled the reservation through the app. We experienced the real shock here because we saw that no refund was given when it was canceled. How can a reservation canceled 3 days in advance not be refunded? We cannot reach anyone in charge. I urgently request a response to be made to us.

If Hotels com officials do not respond to our complaint, an application will be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
