Hotels.com Charged Extra ₺6,100 Without 3D Secure or Notice—No Support Available

While making reservation No: 73193603669824 through Hotels.com, an unauthorized charge of ₺6,100 was made to my credit card without any 3D Secure verification or prior notice. This amount was charged in addition to the confirmed reservation total, not as part of it.

There was no explanation, warning, or breakdown of this additional payment, and the transaction went through without my consent. I immediately tried to contact Hotels.com to understand the reason and demand a refund, but I was unable to reach customer support through any channel. There’s no clear way to get assistance or speak to a real representative.

This is a serious issue involving unauthorized payment processing, and it’s extremely concerning that such a large amount was charged silently and without verification.

I demand the immediate refund of the excess ₺6,100 and a full explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred. Hotels.com must urgently investigate and ensure that no further amounts are withdrawn without proper authentication and customer consent.
