Hot Wheels Cars Have Scratches and Paint Defects

On June 24, 2026, between approximately 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., I purchased three Hot Wheels model cars from the Armağan store at Sivas AVM. The models I purchased were the Ferrari 365 GTB/4, Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R, and 1996 Porsche Carrera. I paid 140 TL for each vehicle.

When I returned home and opened the packages, I noticed significant scratches and paint defects on the cars. Since the packages were sealed at the store, I had no opportunity to inspect the actual vehicles before purchasing them. I was only able to see these defects after returning home and opening the packages.

I request that Armağan replace all three Hot Wheels vehicles with brand-new, defect-free products of the exact same models: Ferrari 365 GTB/4, Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R, and 1996 Porsche Carrera. Since the products I purchased are defective, I expect my replacement request to be handled quickly and without any unnecessary difficulty.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution and the replacement of all three defective vehicles with new, undamaged models.
