Play-Doh Ice Cream Set Sold with Broken Piece at Armağan Oyuncak
On May 26, 2026, I purchased a Play-Doh Ice Cream Playset from the Armağan Oyuncak store located in Novamall AVM in Manavgat, Antalya. When we opened the box at home, we noticed that one of the pieces in the set was broken. This defect was discovered before the product was ever used.
When I spoke with the store, I was told that I needed to submit an application regarding the issue via email. I demand that this broken item be accepted for return and that my payment be fully refunded to me.
The purchase receipt and photos showing the broken piece are attached to my application. I kindly request that the necessary review be conducted and that my grievance be resolved.
