Hot Wheels Set Missing GMC Syclone

On 12.03.2026, I ordered the “Hot Wheels® Legend Themed Multi Cars | JBY78 – Multicolor” set via Hepsiburada from one of its authorized sellers for ₺979.39 and the product was delivered to my address in Batman Merkez. However, it was clearly seen that the “Hot Wheels 1991 GMC Syclone JKD40” model, which is explicitly shown on the box, was missing from the set, meaning the product was sent to me incomplete and inconsistent with its description. Following this, on 17.03.2026, I created a customer service request with user number 662005462. Despite this, as of 30.03.2026, neither customer service nor any authorized unit has provided a single response, and the issue has been completely ignored. For a company that claims to be one of Türkiye’s largest e-commerce platforms, failing to respond, take responsibility, or offer a solution for such a clear missing product issue has caused a serious loss of trust on my part. Sending an incomplete product and then failing to establish any communication in the following days is completely against both customer satisfaction and commercial responsibility. I request either the missing “Hot Wheels 1991 GMC Syclone JKD40” model or a full refund of the product price. I expect my grievance to be resolved urgently, a clear and explanatory update regarding the delay to be provided, and necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar issues from recurring.
