Hot Wheels La Troca Layin’ Low Arrives With Paint Defects

Today, we purchased a Hot Wheels “La Troca Layin’ Low – 2026” model car from Mustaç Gross Market on İzmir Yolu in Nilüfer, Bursa. When we opened the package, we noticed scratches on the vehicle as well as defects in the paintwork. It was very disappointing to find a newly purchased product in this condition from the very first day.

This car was purchased as a gift for a child, which made the disappointment even greater. The child was excitedly waiting for the gift, but discovering that the product was defective negatively affected both us and the child.

I believe that a product purchased as a gift should be delivered in perfect, defect-free condition. Therefore, I request that a replacement or an appropriate goodwill gift be sent to compensate for the disappointment and inconvenience we experienced.

I kindly ask Hot Wheels to take this complaint seriously and send an appropriate gift or replacement to resolve the situation.
