Hostinger Refund Not Received After Cancellation
On September 29, 2025, I purchased a VPS Hosting plan through Hostinger. Shortly afterward, I requested a refund, and Hostinger informed me that the refund process had been initiated immediately. However, nearly a month has passed, and I still haven’t received my refund of $78.
When I contacted the Hostinger support team, they stated that the payment related to invoice #h_30439403 had been canceled on their end, meaning that no transaction was actually charged, and therefore I should follow up with my bank. However, when I spoke with my bank, they confirmed that no refund or canceled transaction appeared in their system. Both parties are passing responsibility to each other, and my issue remains unresolved.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and having my money effectively “lost” in this process has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that the $78 refund be credited to my account as soon as possible.
