Hoover Tumble Dryer Stopped Working
It's been a year since I bought my Hoover washing machine, and right from the start, I've faced nothing but issues. Initially, the machine's door broke, necessitating a replacement by the service team. Despite their efforts to make adjustments, the machine still had trouble staying in place and kept sliding. Even though it's supposed to have a drying feature, it completely fails to dry clothes. After reaching out to the service once more about this matter, they assured me that they had resolved it. Now, it's no longer dispensing detergent and fabric softener. It's been 15 days and I still haven't heard back from the service. I never expected their service to be so careless. Despite my attempts to contact the company directly, they failed to respond. I have immense remorse for the day I made this purchase.
