Hoover Clothes Dryer Fails to Deliver, No Support or Solutions

Having a Hoover clothes dryer has been a mistake. The company does not stand behind its product. I've had it for six months and have yet to see a single instance where it properly dried clothes. I've attempted to contact the service department, but the call center employees are completely unhelpful and unresponsive. They speak to me as if they don't care, demonstrating a complete lack of responsibility. The service team arrived once and asked me to run the machine before they arrived. They arrived 15-20 minutes later and claimed the machine was operational, that there was nothing wrong with the drum temperature, and that the longest program should be used. They then walked away without offering any concrete solutions.
