I bought a Hoover tumble dryer from Media Markt four days ago. When the installation team arrived, they noticed that the door was not properly closed and wrote a report about it. Media Markt, on the other hand, is now refusing to accept a return or exchange, claiming that the report does not specify a return. Meanwhile, Hoover is refusing to assist, claiming that they cannot decide whether or not a return is required. It's obvious that I have a defective product, and neither the retailer nor the manufacturer is upholding their end of the bargain. This is unacceptable to me, and I hope to find a solution. I am deeply saddened and hurt by both companies' failure to provide a solution.
