Hoover Dryer Installation Failures and Lack of Support
I purchased a Hoover dryer from Media Markt, but we were unable to agree on a convenient time for installation. I was told by the authorized service that I could bring it whenever it was most convenient for me, but I insisted on having it delivered after 4:00 p.m. They stated that they would be unable to come for installation during that time period. When I buy a product but am then told that I cannot install it, the system makes no sense to me. When confronted with difficulties, the customer service department of a company that is unable to perform installations is uncooperative.
