Hoover Denied My Refund Request for a Defective Dryer With Burning Smell

We bought a Hoover brand dryer. We tried the product on the day we bought it and strange noises were coming out of the machine and there was a burning smell. On our next use, if we hadn't noticed for a while, it would have started a fire in the house. We made a refund request based on this situation, which carries a serious security risk. The company received the product, but they distoyed us for almost a month and a half and said they did not accept returns. They didn't help us in any way. Within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, I request a refund due to the fact that the product is a defective good. I can't put this product in my house again and take the risk of danger.
