Poorly Working Hoover Dishwasher But No Warranty Repair

I bought a Hoover dishwasher from Media Markt on 11.11.2023, and it stopped working before a year had gone by. Even after making numerous complaints through customer service, the technical service team remained adamant that there would be no changes. Now, thanks to the extended warranty, I still have the dishwasher, but it's causing damage to my dishes with scratches and leaving behind a chalky residue. After I requested a replacement for a faulty tablet, they were kind enough to oblige. However, the new device caused chaos by damaging all of my dishes. The technical service is unwilling to come, insisting that there will be no difference. We also included a limescale preventer, but to be honest, I'm feeling some regret about this purchase. My dishes are completely destroyed, and I've experienced a major hit to my finances.

I've been dealing with this for days, and moreover, when I called the technical service, they used offensive slang words, saying, "You know your own problem, I won't come without my travel expenses." I'm shaking with anger; I'm both a victim and the technical service is calling and insulting me, and then they say, "Pay my travel expenses and I'll come."

He used the words "You know your own fault, you f***ing slowpoke." I can't believe it. What kind of technical service is this? What kind of manner is this? I really still can't believe it.

My dishwasher has not arrived for exactly 20 days, and it still hasn't come. Every day I call, and they say it will be today or tomorrow. They say they will call today or tomorrow, and then they say it will be delivered. Later, they say the part is coming from abroad and it might take 2 months. I can't understand how a person can wait 2 months for technical service. I want to use my right to return it or have it replaced with a new one.
