I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee against Hoover when my dryer's card burned out after only one month. On January 23, 2023, a replacement decision was issued, but it's been almost a month and the company still hasn't implemented the court decision. When I contacted customer service, they shamelessly claimed that there's a production time of 2-4 weeks. It's outrageous that they can't resolve my victimization after such a long time. Does the factory in Eskişehir only produce a dryer once a month? I would never recommend this company due to their shameful service and poor customer relations.
