Hello, on November 10, 2023, the dishwasher I installed turned out to be faulty on the same day. I received approval for a replacement from the factory on the same day. It was shared that the product would be delivered within a week. After a week passed, I was contacted by the company, and they shared their plans. When the service representative contacted me the next day, they stated that they did not have the product in stock and that they only communicated for the malfunction. When I mentioned that there would be a product replacement, the conversation ended with the information that there had been a mistake. I called the service center and requested information on where the product was and when it would arrive. They shared that they couldn't see this information themselves but that the call center could. When I called the call center, they shared that only the service could see this information. I requested them to contact their services and return to me. During the conversation, they mentioned that they couldn't make calls and would provide information by calling between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM in the evening. They did not call the next day, so I called again. They mentioned that there was a system malfunction, and they would call to provide information. When they didn't call the next day, I called again. The person I spoke to stated that, based on the information she provided, she had spoken to the service by putting me on hold (the lady I spoke to in the previous conversation had given incorrect or misleading information, stating that there were no calls during the day and that it was evening calls). The representative I last spoke to gave a timeframe of 2-4 weeks for the product, inconsistent with what the service and the call center said initially (1 week from the service, 1-1.5 weeks from the call center). Due to the inconsistent information provided by both the service and the call center, I wrote to them through the website form to reach them. When there was no response for 4-5 days, I called again on November 21, 2023. The person who answered the call from the call center was the same person who provided the first misleading information (the person who said there would be no calls during the day and that they would call in the evening to get back to you). She did not process my request to be directed to an authorized person and tried to end the conversation by attempting to make a monologue without listening to the customer, stating that she could not hear and was repeating herself. I am sure that the product, which is very well-equipped and beautiful, will be satisfactory if the working version is delivered. However, the company's lack of support from the call and support center overshadows the product.

The company did not make it very difficult to take the product and bring a new one. They probably didn't make any profit from the sale to me. The last product works, but the screen is not the same as the first product's screen. While the first product had an LCD screen, this one has a bad LED screen. The company shared that they have started using bad screens in the production of the latest products. While a different brand and quality were used in the production at the time of my purchase, due to the change in screen supply during the replacement period of the non-working products, we ended up with the one with the bad screen. There is no authorized person in the Turkey branch of the company. In other words, there is no central customer service. There is only a service center, and whatever they say goes. I guess they forgot that a solution center should come into play when problems arise after selling the product. There is one factory and one service center. For this reason, I cannot recommend the product or the brand to those who ask.
