Neglected by Hoover Authorized Service: 9 Days of Frustration
I contacted Hoover Authorized Service for dishwasher repair on August 21, 2023. I requested dishwasher service and was assured that they would arrive within three days. After three days, I called again, and they claimed to have redirected the request, but no one answered the phone. I called again, and they promised to come on August 28, Monday, but no one showed up. I'm making the call again today, only to get more excuses. I've been calling for 9 days and haven't received a response from the service. Hoover's authorized service and customer support are ineffective and frustrating. I've been dealing with this issue for 9 days, and they still haven't scheduled the service. The inaction and lack of communication from Hoover's authorized service and customer support is truly disappointing.
