I bought the Honor V3, and from the moment I turned it on, the device had system-level issues. It was clearly defective right out of the box. Instead of offering a replacement, I was forced to send it to KVK service for repair.
They sent it back after a system cleanup, claiming it was fixed. I used the phone for two weeks, and then a software update triggered another auto-reset, wiping all of my data again. I sent it in for service a second time. They claimed there was "no fault found."
The same issue has now occurred three times, each time after an update, with the phone resetting itself and deleting everything. This is clearly not user error—it’s a serious software defect, yet Honor continues to ignore the problem and refuse a replacement.
It’s unacceptable that a company won’t stand behind its product or support its customers when the device fails repeatedly. I trusted this brand, but it has proven to be completely irresponsible.
Honor, you need to own this issue. I want my phone replaced immediately, or a full refund. Ignoring consumer rights and blaming the user after repeated faults is shameful. Buying Honor was a mistake I won’t repeat—and others should think twice.
