My Honor 90 Freezes When Recording 4K 30fps Video

I’ve had nothing but problems with the Honor 90, and I’m seriously regretting my purchase. When I first bought the phone, it completely failed after being plugged in to charge—it wouldn’t even turn on. I had to send it to KVK, and thankfully they approved a device replacement.

But now, less than a year later, I’m dealing with another issue: severe lag and stuttering while recording video in 4K at 30fps. It happens consistently, and it makes the camera nearly useless for anything beyond basic video.

I contacted Honor support, and they couldn’t offer a real solution. It’s disappointing to see such a well-promoted phone fail at something as basic as smooth video recording.

Had I known the Honor 90 would come with so many issues, I would’ve never spent this much money (₺) on it. I expected reliable performance—not one technical problem after another.

Honor, I’m calling on you to fix this issue properly. Whether it’s a software update or a device recall, your customers deserve a phone that can deliver the performance it promises. Resolve the 4K video stuttering problem now.
