No clear explanation has been given regarding the missing ₺20,000, nor has any concrete solution been provided. The missing amount appears neither in my Holiganbet account nor in my bank account. I am experiencing a serious issue due to this incomplete payment made to my IBAN registered in my own name. I request that Holiganbet immediately conduct the necessary investigation without further delay and deposit the missing ₺20,000 into my account as soon as possible.
