Holiganbet Deposit Not Added To Account - No Support Help

I want to share the issue I experienced with my Holiganbet deposit. On 25.11.2025 between 01:00 and 01:20, I sent ₺15,000 via the super transfer method to the account provided to me. Even after about 12 hours, the money was not added to my balance. When I contacted live support, they kept saying the process was forwarded to the relevant team, but the chat was closed after a few minutes and no one followed up afterward. Despite having the receipt, nothing has been resolved. I request that the ₺15,000 I sent be added to my Holiganbet account immediately so I can use my balance.
