Holiganbet Deposit Not Credited After EFT - No Support Response
On 23.11.2025 at 14:12:36, I transferred ₺9,800 via EFT from my Akbank account to my Holiganbet account. The receipt number for the transaction is 0009***85. Despite several days having passed, the money has still not been credited to my Holiganbet account. During this time, the site continues to allow deposits, yet there is no one to contact — neither live support nor any communication channel is reachable. My money does not appear in my account, and I have received no information about the issue; we have been completely left without support. I request that the ₺9,800 I transferred be credited to my Holiganbet account in full as soon as possible using my receipt details, and that a written explanation be provided to me.
Progress
I deposited roughly 9,800 TL on the Holiganbet site in October, but that amount never appeared in my gaming account. The problem has remained unresolved since then. About an hour ago today I deposited another 2,500 TL, and that money also hasn't been credited to my account. Despite having deposited a total of 12,300 TL, it still doesn't show up in my balance, meaning the money seems to have vanished without ever reaching my account.
I have repeatedly sent the required receipts for both transactions, yet no concrete solution has been offered. Each time I try to reach live support I am kept waiting for about two hours, I struggle to find a representative, and the process is constantly delayed. While my deposited funds disappear before they can be credited, this endless stalling and uncertainty has completely destroyed my trust; even if you lose in a game you at least get to play, but here I feel as if my money has been taken away before I even get a chance to play.
I demand that the total 12,300 TL I have deposited be fully transferred to my gaming account as soon as possible after reviewing my transactions, and that a clear explanation be provided for why this delay occurred.
We deposit money and there’s no one to contact, honestly we’re the fools here, they’re really treating us like idiots.
